Family with children, not a luxury stay but fine

Gotta say, the beds were really comfortable, much better than I expected from a place like this. The staff was friendly and helped when I needed some extra pillows, which actually made a difference in how well we slept.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

My pets and I loved being there. I were in an incredibly comfortable location within easy walking distance of Niagara Golf Trail. The hotel was in a fairly quiet area.

The breakfast we ordered was cold, it could be far better.

The staff was exceptional, the accommodation was simple and clean. Friendly service, although a few employees were quite uninterested. Breakfast for our needs.

Pet-friendly and modern room with a king bed and the AC, for instance as expected. Good choice of great food. Favourable location in a quiet area so close to West coast, local shopping centers, and 4 or 5 restaurants.

A Cozy Oasis with Terrific Amenities

This clean and cozy King room offered a lovely nook for reading by the window. The indoor pool was refreshing, and Twyla's excellent customer service. Enjoy the large breakfast spread to kickstart your day. Highly recommend checking it out!

Room was clean, everything worked, staff was friendly and helpful

Need an elevator, will never stay on ground floor again! Whoever checked in upstairs walked hard an had a child that ran an jumped for several hours

No lift. Had to carry suitcases via stairs. Only ice machine was located outside near reception on Ground floor. Small breakfast area with only about 3 tables.

I was pleased with how clean the room was and the comfortable beds. The decor felt modern and inviting. The proximity to dining options was also a nice feature for an easy evening.

Improved accessibility features would enhance the stay.

Guests were standing outside our room and was talking with someone on the first floor. I finally opened our door and said Really!

Very nice staff and adequate breakfast.

Room was very dark, no natural light whatsoever. AC did not work very well either, we never did get the room to a comfortable temperature. And despite our room being a non-smoking room, we could smell others smoking.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle. I waited in the lobby for quite a while without much progress, with keys issued to already occupied rooms. When I finally got into a room, the absence of basic amenities like a shower curtain was disappointing, and I had to sort that out myself. The coffee pots in the breakfast area were filthy, off-putting.

The food was good, the staff we met friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable enough.

The breakfast area was very small to accommodate the number of guests. There was a urine like odor in our room that was sickening. Not a lot of space for two people to get ready in the sink area.

The rooms were located in a quiet area.
